Zarihs Syrah By Borsao 2014

Zarihs Syrah By Borsao 2014

Red Wine crianza from Campo de Borja (Spain) produced by the winery Bodegas Borsao with Syrah grapes.
Game animals, stews, roasts and grilled red meats would be the most suitable food pairing.
When stored properly, the shelf life in optimal conditions will be from now until 2020.
Serve between 12ºC and 16ºC preferably in a Syrah type glass.

The Zarihs Syrah By Borsao is the wine that has emerged from the collaboration between Chris Ringland (famous Australian oenologist), and José Luis Chueca, and which commenced in 2001.
It promises to surprise us positively because it combines some essential features for the production of a great wine: a first-class fruit (carefully selected Syrah grape), a unique soil (the vineyard is located at the foot of Moncayo), excellent climatic conditions (sun and north wind are ideal for flowering), and a conscience and meticulous wine making by these two wine gurus.
