Viña Tondonia Reserva is made with 75% Tempranillo grapes, 15% Grenache and 10% Graciano and Mazuelo (Carignan).
Grapes from Viña tondonia, 100 hectares of vineyards planted between 1913-14.
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes.
Aged in American oak barrels, made in-house, for 6 years, racked twice per year.
Clarification with fresh egg white and bottled unfiltered.
Expected to age well for at least the next 10 years.
