Vaya Pasada is a Rueda white wine, with the grape variety Verdejo, coming from 15 years old vineyards, and with a yield of 9000kg/ha.
Has no ageing in the barrel, and the fermentation was carried out for 18-20 days in stainless steel containers.
Colour light yellow.
Nose typical aromas of Verdejo: tropical fruit, hay and aniseed.
When entering the mouth it is fresh and with a perfect acidity. Palate funny and with a long finish.
