Decanting is recommended. Serve at a temperature between 12ºC and 16ºC preferably in a Syrah type glass.
Dark cherry red color, with purple rim. On the nose the first thing showed is depth and freshness, with fruit of the forest (blackberry, cherries ...) intermingled with menthol, balsamic, mineral (graphite and grim) and floral (lilac, violet), depth and freshness sensations. In the mouth it is silky and fresh showing fresh fruit of forest at the same time that the silkiness of its tannins with the Cariñena acidity character, filling the whole mouth with texture, freshness and an aromatic fraction which moves itself in three axes, fruity-menthol-mineral, leaving a touch of tannins and acidity, tasty and complex, the retro-olfaction lingers in menthol and mineral.
