Alabaster is one of the crown jewels of the Eguren family. It is 100% made with Tinta de Toro grapes (Tempranillo) from pre-phylloxera vineyards in the Denominación de Origen Toro with very low yield per hectare. Hand harvested and rigorously selected. Fermentation in open tanks at 26 ° C for 10 days and  Post fermentation maceration for another 10 days. Aged in new barrels of French oak for 18 months.

Tasting Notes: Intense cherry colour with garnet rim. On the nose highlights the intense aroma of black fruit with toasty, mineral and balsamic touches.  On the palate it is powerful and complex with ripe, well-rounded tanins. Long and resounding finish.
