Santbru Carinyenes Velles is produced with Carignan, Grenache and Syrah varieties.
Grapes from the vineyards of: Mas de la Notaria, Aubagues, Esplanes, la Figuera y El Camí del Montsant.
The vines of Carignans and Grenache are approximately 70 years old.
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes.
Aged for 16 months in 225 to 500 litre oak barrels.
