Old vines planted on clay-calcareous soils after the phylloxera plague.
Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
No pesticides or herbicides were used.

Tasting notes:
Red, cherry colour with violet edge.
Intense and floral, black fruit, spices and toasted from its oak cask aging together with mineral notes.
Mouth-filling, fruity, full-bodied, well integrated acidity and ripe, round tannins.
