Románico is 100% made with Tinta de Toro grapes (Tempranillo).
Manual harvest and selection. No herbicides or systemic products are used.
Fermentation at controlled temperature between 26-28ºC.
Post-fermentation maceration for 18 days.
Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and tanks.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
Red cherry color with blueish rim.
Marked fruity aroma with spiced notes and ripe fruit.
Tasty and full bodied in the mid-palate where ripe fruit reappears. Round tannins and good acidity.
Long and persistent finish.
