Red Wine crianza from Madrid (Spain) produced by the winery Uvas Felices with Grenache grapes.
Will pair nicely with roasts.
Enjoy in its best condition from now until 2028.
It needs decanting, and serve between 12ºC and 16ºC preferably in a Bordeaux type glass.
Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904 2007
Beef and game birds would be the most suitable food pairing.
It can be consumed in perfect conditions from now until 2028.
It needs decanting, and the service temperature ranges between 14ºC and 18ºC in a Tempranillo type glass for a better tasting experience.
Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904: The base grape is Tempranillo (90%) from vines over 40 years old, complemented perfectly with 10% Graciano.
Aged for 4 years in own-manufactured, American oak barrels, racked every six months, then cellared for 4 more years.
Lightly filtered to preserve all of its sensorial properties, so it may produce sediment over time.
Great cellaring potential.
Medium depth, ruby red colour with a brick-red rim, typical of the great Rioja classics.
Very intense, fresh, vibrant aromas, with delicate notes of candied fruit against a balsamic, spicy, leathery background with hints of coffee and chocolate mints.
Well-structured and round, with sweet tannins that have been polished by long ageing in barrels and in the bottle.
Ample, delicate, long-lasting finish.
