The Pierre Paillard Les Parcelles is made with Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) grapes, coming from the winery's own vineyards, situated in Bouzy en Montagne de Reims, with an average age of 25 years.
As we remember, Bouzy is one of the current 17 small towns classified as 'Grand Cru', the highest award in the champagne region.
This champagne has about 3.5 gr/l of residual sugar, it is therefore an Extra-Brut.

The Pierre Paillard is an excellent example of the delicate and refined aromas that these sparkling wines can offer us with a much higher quality than other well-known and prestigious champagnes, but which are far behind this wonderful 'Grand Cru'.
