The Pago de Carraovejas 2004 is made from 100% Tinta Fina (Tempranillo).
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Clarified with natural egg white and bottled in May 2006.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red color with garnet hues. Intense nose, harmonious and complex. Greedy mouth and enveloping.
