How much are the shipping costs?

Simply select the country of destination to verify the freight rates, related discounts, delivery period the freight rates, related discounts, delivery period or particular terms and conditions.

Can I choose the time of delivery?

The time of delivery is not included in the standard rate but if you have a preferred time of delivery, please let us know and the carrier will meet your priorities when possible. If you have the possibility, please try to arrange for someone to be at home to receive the order.

What happens if I'm not there when the order arrives?

The carrier is required to leave a contact card and your order will be rescheduled for the next day. You can always contact the carrier to arrange a different date and/or place of delivery. And remember, you can also use a delivery address like a hotel, your workplace or a trusted friend or neighbour...

What happens if I receive a broken item?

We send all our orders in a transport package approved by the main logistics companies to prevent any damage, so don't worry! But if that is the case, we will immediately arrange a reshipment of the damaged items.

Can I arrange an express delivery?

Of course. Just get in touch with us to make sure the price and conditions are suitable to your needs.

Deadline for complaints

- Complaints can be submitted until 30 calendar days after receipt of the goods.

What do I have to do?

- First of all, you should contact us so that we can assign you a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
- With this RMA the goods can be returned to us, in the original packaging.
- Once we receive the goods, we check its condition.
- If the goods are in a bad condition, and if the reasons for this are due to INVINIC or our transport company, we will exchange the product or credit the amount, along with the shipping costs for the return shipment. The refund will be done within 3-5 working days.
- If the goods are in a perfect condition, and if they are suitable for resale, we will make a refund within 3-5 working days (however, in this case, the shipping costs for the returning will not be refunded).
