Reserva red wine of Ribera del Duero made by Bodegas Hacienda Monasterio with Tempranillo grapes (almost 80%) and the rest with Cabernet Sauvignon. It was aged for 20 months in French Allier oak barrels.
The ideal pairing would be with all kinds of red meats, whether roasted, stewed or grilled.
To drink until 2025, or more.
It should be decanted, and served at a temperature of between 14ºC and 18ºC in a glass of Tempranillo...
