Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Blanc is made with 85% Xarel.lo and 15% Muscat from the vineyards of the estate Cal Cassanyes.
Only the flower must from the first pressing of the two white grape varieties is used to elaborate this wine.
Fermentation at controlled temperature of 15°C in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
