Naveran Don Pablo 2005
Will pair nicely with game animals, beef, roasts and grilled red meats.
Decanting is recommended, and serve between 14ºC and 18ºC in a Bordeaux type glass for a better tasting experience.
Naveran Don Pablo is composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Maceration and fermentation with the skins. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Rest in winery after bottling.
Dark red with brownish and garnet tones.
The nose is fine with excellent aromas (pepper, snuff, leather, toast and candied berries).
In the mouth it is bodied, unctuous, structured, balanced, elegant and round. Persistent and aromatic aftertaste. Develops very well in bottle.
