Matsu el Pícaro is made from Tinta de Toro 100% (Tempranillo), coming from centenarian vineyards with low production. El Pícaro ('The Rogue') is the youngest generation of a trilogy ('El Pícaro', 'El Recio' and 'El Viejo'). The images on the label were made by the very well known photographers Bela Adler and Salvador Fresneda, who have worked for widely known companies and brands. For the design of these labels, we are shown real people who work in the agriculture, not models, paying a tribute thus to viticulture. Refinement during three months in barrel. We recommend decanting before drinking.

Tasting notes:
Purple colour, violet rim.
On nose, intense fruity fragances, hints of licorice and mineral, fresh, complex.
On palate, fruity, pleasant, tasty, good acidity, fleshy.
