Will pair nicely with stews, roasts, sausage and legume.
Enjoy in its best condition from now until 2018.
The service temperature ranges between 12ºC and 16ºC preferably in a Syrah type glass.
Joan d'Anguera is a red wine made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. Calcareous and stony soil so that the grapes achieve a good acidity. The vineyards suffer considerable temperature constrasts which contribute to a slower ripeness of the grape and also to its better quality. The winery has pioneered the introduction of the grape variety Syrah in the Montsant ('Holly Hill') region. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Intense cherry red colour.
On nose, fruity, floral, hints of nuts and licorice.
On palate, fresh, fruity, smooth, balanced, full bodied, lingering.
