Jardín Rojo is a project of Viñedos Singulares. It is a selection of Tempranillo vines located in the town of Laguardia in Rioja Alavesa. This area is dominated by clay soils and limestone at altitudes of 600 meters.
Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in French oak vats for several months.
Jardín Rojo is a short aging wine dominated by aromatic notes of violets and cherries. The palate is fresh and juicy.
