Gratallops is made with 65% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah. Vines between 14 and 70 years of age.
Slate soils at an altitude of 400-500 meters.
Aged in new French oak barrels for 16 months.

Tasting notes:
Intense red cherry color.
The nose is creamy, sweet and intense. Aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet spices and minerals.
On the palate the wine is very creamy, tasty, long and enveloping. High quality tannins.
