The Flor de Vetus is made from 100% Tinta de toro (Tempranillo).
Manual selection. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controled temperature and double pissage.
Aged for 12 months in new (50%) French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
Dark cherry color and high layer. Clean and bright.
On the nose, first remind of strawberry jelly.
On the palate, notes of red fruits and coffee. Pleasant aftertaste, with a licorice ending.
