Finca El Bosque is made from 100% Tempranillo.
Destemmed by hand and rigorous selection of every grape. Maceration at 8°C for 3 days. Fermentation in French oak vats. Pressed twice daily during the first 8 days and once a day for the remaining 5 days. Maceration with the skins for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation in new French and Romanian oak.
Aged for 18 months in new French and Central European oak barrels. Racked every four months.
