Ermita Veracruz Verdejo is made from 100% Verdejo.
Maceration at a maximum temperature of 8°C. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 18 days.
Pale straw yellow with greenish and golden hues.
The nose is complex and deep. Aromas of ripe and exotic fruits. Floral and citrus notes, and memories of minerals on a herbaceous background.
The palate is fresh, fruity, tasty, with good structure and persistent acidity. It has a slighty bitter finish characteristic of the variety.
