The nose is complex and deep. Aromas of ripe and exotic fruits. Floral and citrus notes, and memories of minerals on a herbaceous background.
The palate is fresh, fruity, tasty, with good structure and persistent acidity. It has a slighty bitter finish characteristic of the variety.
