Soft pressing.
Fermentation and maceration in of French oak barrels, for 20 days in contact with the skins at a maximum temperature of 28ºC.
Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels.
At least 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.

Tasting notes:
Red, bright, cherry colour.
On the nose, intense aromas of red fruit and licorice, with toasted notes, vanilla, smoked spices and aromatic herbs.
Expressive, elegant and fruity in the mid-palate.
Lingering finish.
