Rice dishes, appetizers, seafood and whitefish would be the most suitable food pairing.
It can be consumed in perfect conditions now.
The service temperature ranges between 2ºC and 5ºC preferably in a Riesling type glass.
The Dinastía Vivanco Blanco is made from 80% Viura (Macabeo) y 20% Malvasia.
After a brief cold maceration of the whole grape (no more than 12 hours), the free run juice was fermented at a controlled temperature of between 12 and 15ºC to retain all the expression and complexity of both varietals.
A clear and bright wine with a pale lemon colour with slight green hints.
Nose: intense and elegant. Green apple, citrus, pineapple and some floral hints.
Palate: it shows the same fruit flavours as the nose. Balanced with the acidity, resulting in a very pleasant, fresh finish.
