The service temperature ranges between 14ºC and 18ºC preferably in a Tempranillo type glass.
The Condado De Oriza Reserva is made from Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo) harvested from vines older than 40 years and no more than 4 small clusters. The vineyards are located in the terms of Olmedillo de Roa, Sotillo and Anguix in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.
Maceration for 30 days at a controlled temperature. Aged in new barrels of French and American oak for 12 months, after which the wine is unified in two-year-old barrels for another 12 months. Finally, it rests bottled for 12 months before marketing.
Bright cherry red colour with ocher trim.
It is a wine with distinctive mineral notes, very complex and suggestive in the nose.
The palate is long and smooth but powerful, showing personality.
