Cérvoles Colors Blanc 2017
White Wine barrel aged from Costers del Segre (Spain) produced by the winery Cérvoles Celler with Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes.
Best pairing would be fish stew, soups, creams, omelets and pasta.
It can be consumed in perfect conditions from now until 2025.
Serve between 6ºC and 12ºC preferably in a Riesling type glass.
Cérvoles Colors Blanc is made of Macabeo 75% and Chardonnay 25%
White wine sur lees aged to add depth, volume and complexity.
Original plantings dating back 30 years.
Pale yellow with metallic highlights, showing good legs. Intense, elegant aromas. Hints of ripe white-fleshed fruit (pear, white and flat peach), notes of lemon verbena and tropical fruit, and underlying biscuit notes characteristic of maturation on lees. Sweet and voluptuous on the palate. Has good volume with well-balanced acidity that adds to its length. Lingering, fresh finish with a burst of citrus marmalade notes.
