Cérvoles Colors 2009 is made from a blend of Tempranillo 45%, Grenache 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Merlot 10% and Syrah 10%. Manual harvest. Aging during 8 months in French oak barrels. Vineyards located at the region of Les Garrigues.

 

Tasting notes:
Cherry red colour, purple rim.
On nose, notes of berries, minerals, cocoa and citrus.
On palate, balanced, ripe tannins, lingering, fruity and mineral.
