Quest is made from the following grape varietes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Handpicked grapes coming exclusively from the estate. Fermentation in vats of natural stone which were dug by the monks of the Hospitaller Order for fermenting wine. Malolactic fermentation in barrels and then aged for 15 months in barrel.
This wine combines freshness and the highest quality, seeking maximum variety and obtaining a fine and elegant wine.
Intense and bright red cherry color.
The nose is complex and intense. Has floral aspects, notes of black fruit (blackberry) and thyme, and soft hints of vanilla.
The palate is intense and flavorful, the entry is silky and with nerve. Notes of spices (cloves and pepper) and fresh fruit finish. Long and intense aftertaste, with marked acidity.
