Red Wine crianza from Priorat (Spain) produced by the winery Álvaro Palacios with Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.
Roasts, aged cheese, stews and legume would be the most suitable food pairing.
Enjoy in its best condition from now until 2022.
We think this wine needs to be decanted, and the service temperature ranges between 12ºC and 16ºC in a Syrah type glass for a better tasting experience.
Casa Castillo Monastrell 2015
Will pair nicely with sausage, roasts, stews and mushroom.
When stored properly, the shelf life in optimal conditions will be from now until 2018.
Serve between 12ºC and 16ºC preferably in a Bordeaux type glass.
The Casa Castillo Monastrell is a single varietal with the grape Monastrell (Mourvedre) from the vineyard El Valle.
With a short ageing of 6 months in French and American oak barrels, which can stress the primary aroma of fruit, although perfectly refined.
A wine with an excellent value for money, and another example of the spectacular wines from Jumilla to a very attractive price.
