The Botani is a dry white wine, produced by Jorge Ordoñez, and it belongs to the designation of origin Sierra de Málaga.
Made exclusively with the grape Moscatel de Alejandría, coming from 3 different vineyards in the area of Axarquía, which were planted in 1946, 1968 and 1975 (hence its name 'old vines').
It has an ageing of 8 months on its yeast, which therefore will endure easily two years.
The Botani vintage 2015 has been selected by Robert Parker as the third best wine of the world 2016 with regard to its value for money, a real honor for a white wine like this.
