The Baron De Ley Reserva is made from 100% Tempranillo.
Harvested by hand. Destemmed and fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature (29-30°C) with daily pumping and tasting.
Aged for 20 months in new American oak barrels. Bottle aging for 24 months.
Not subjected to any filtering or stabilization.

Tasting notes:
Ruby color.
Powerful fruity nose with toffee, coconut and nuances of scrubland.
The palate is powerful, bulky and greasy. Long finish with nerve and freshness. Optimum acidity which provides an aftertaste with hints of red fruits and scrubland.
