Ayuva 2007 is made from Tempranillo 100%. Vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, cradle of great wines. Manual harvest. Aging for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. To drink until 2013.

Tasting notes:
Cherry red colour, violet rim.
On nose, lively, elegant hints of red fruit, flowers and spices on an attractive background of cocoa and coffee.
On palate, intense, complex, good acidity, fruity and floral notes.
