Artadi Viña El Pisón 2011 is made exclusively with the Tempranillo variety.
Grapes from El Pisón, a plot planted in 1945, on clay-lime soils, at 480 m. above sea level.
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes.
Aged between 13-18 months in new French and American oak barrels.
Reflecting the natural equilibrium of its environment, this wine reveals a deep expression and a surprising elegance and complexity.
2011 has been the first year in which the winery has strictly applied the parameters of organic farming in all its vineyards.
