Artadi Tempranillo 2010
Best pairing would be grilled red meats, legume, stews and roasts.
Decanting is recommended, and the service temperature ranges between 12ºC and 16ºC in a Tempranillo type glass for a better tasting experience.
Artadi Tempranillo 2010 is made from Tempranillo 100%. Same vineyards as his big brother Viñas de Gain but without reaching the same execellent quality as the latter, located at the heart of the Rioja region. Thanks to the clayey soil the vineyards store the water resources. The calcareous soil makes the vineyards accumulate the heat of the sun to endure the fresh nocturnal period. Aging during 12 months in French oak barrel.
Cherry red colour, garnet rim.
On nose, lively, fresh, fruity, subtle floral notes, toasty, mineral and balsamic hints.
On palate, balanced, intense, lingering, fine tannins, fresh, mineral, good acidity.
