The Añares Crianza is made with the grapes Tempranillo 90%, Garnacha 5%, as well as Mazuelo (Cariñena) and Graciano 5%.
The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 22-26 degrees, in stainless steel tanks, using selected yeast.
It has an ageing of 14 months in American and French oak barrels, and at least 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes:
Intensive cherry with ruby colored reflections.
On the nose complex, combines harmoniously fruity aromas and flavors from the ageing.
Palate: tasty and well structured. Long and nuanced finish.
