Albet I Noya Belat 2008 is made entirely from grapes of the Belat variety.
Vines of Belat planted in 1998 at 325 meters above sea level, a unique, native grape variety, in a recovery project since 1999.
Clay-calcareous soils, magnesium rich and low in organic matter, with a production of 4,500 kg. per hectare.
Fermentation - maceration on the skins.
It has been aged for 16 months in 225 litre French oak casks.
Viticulture following traditional the procedures and parameters of organic viticulture.
Limited production of 400 bottles.
